our policy on returns and exchanges

 

CONSIGNMENT:

All consignment items are FINAL SALE.

Customers do, however, have the option to re-consign items if they choose, following all consignment policies and procedures. 

REFUNDS/IN-STORE CREDIT:

New items purchased in-store must be returned within 3 DAYS of purchase. 

New items purchased online must be postmarked 5 DAYS after the order was made. 

A full refund will be issued upon return, as well as a damage check, in order to make sure any/all items are in the same quality in which they were purchased. 

Customers also have the options to exchange their item for in-store credit, which can be used at any time in-store or online.
